摘  要:目的了解扇棘单睾吸虫在广西人群和淡水鱼中的感染情况。方法在肝吸虫流行地区,采用Kato-Katz法检查居民粪便,选择部分吸虫卵阳性者驱虫并收集扇棘单睾吸虫成虫;采用压片和消化法检查鱼类扇棘单睾吸虫囊蚴。结果在5个调查点调查了671人,发现吸虫卵阳性者383例,感染率57.08%,在阳性者中选择128人进行驱虫,有73人排出扇棘单睾吸虫成虫,占驱虫人数的57.03%,其中马山调查点占90.47%。在流行区内收集和消化了鱼类40余种,有17种鱼发现了扇棘单睾吸虫囊蚴:鲢鱼、鲫鱼、花鱼骨、海南似鱼乔、鲤鱼、棒花鱼、、Culter recurviceps、达氏鲌、南方拟餐、马口鱼、条纹小鲃、线细鳊、麦鲮、达氏鲌、蛇鮈、银鮈。其中,鲤鱼和鲫鱼为流行区人群最常生吃的鱼类。结论广西肝吸虫病流行区人群粪检吸虫卵阳性者中,有相当一部分为扇棘单睾吸虫感染,17种鱼检出该虫囊蚴,鲤鱼、鲫鱼等很可能是人感染的主要传播宿主。Objective To understand the infection status of Haplorchis taichui (H.t) in population and freshwater fish in Guangxi . Methods Kato-Katz method was used to examine the intestinal trematodes in the residents from Clonorchis sinensis epidemic spots. A part of positive cases was treaded and collected trematodes worm by treatment of Praziquantel (10mg/kg). Fishes were digested to check trematodes cyst. Results In 5 spots, 671 persons were examined and 383 of them were found out the trematodes egg . The infection rate was 57.08%. From those infection cases, 128 cases were treated and 73 of them were infected with H.t the (ratio was 57.03%). Among 5 spots, the ratio was high up to 90.47% in Mahsan. In epidemic area, 40 species of freshwater fish were collected and digested and 17 of them were found out the cyst of H.t. Conclusion Among the eases of trematodes egg positive obtained by stool examination in Guangxi, more than half of them are infected with H.t instead of Clonorchis sinensis. As the common raw food in Guangxi, Carp and crucian are probably the main food-borne fish for human infected with H.t.
