摘  要:[目的]施锌可提高和改善春小麦的营养品质。[方法]该试验以春小麦品种"永良四号"为试验材料,通过田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,研究了以种肥、叶面喷施、种肥+叶面喷施3种施锌方式下,富锌小麦专用肥对小麦籽粒产量及籽粒和面粉中锌等8种矿质元素含量的影响。[结果]以3种方式施用富锌小麦专用肥,都可显著提高小麦籽粒产量及籽粒和麸皮中锌含量,对促进面粉中锌、铁、镁含量的提高和麸皮中磷、镁含量的降低也都有较大作用。[结论]施用富锌小麦专用肥对提高和改善小麦营养品质有良好作用,可达到富锌的目的。[Objective] To improve and enhance wheat quality [Methodl This experiment with sueh variety "Yong Liang 4" as test materials, through the field experiment and laboratory analysis combination of methods, under in three kinds of zinc fertilizer applieation under way (seed manure, foliar fertilizer, seed manure + foliar fertilizer) , studied the influence of the special fertilizer of rieh zinc wheat application on the wheat output, zine and other mineral element content in flour. [Result] The results showed that, the special fertilizer of rich zinc wheat can improve the wheat grain yield and zinc and iron content in flour. [Conclusion] Scientific supplying the special fertilizer of rich zinc wheat can improve and enhanee wheat quality.
