摘　　要：目的探究先天性心脏病患儿介入治疗围手术期的护理方法及护理效果。方法选取我院2010年4月至2011年4月间收治的行介入治疗的先天性心脏病患儿45例,将其随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予整体护理,对比分析两组患儿的恢复效果。结果对照组患者并发症4例,干预组无并发症患者,两组并发症发生率对比具有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予先天性心脏病介入治疗围手术期整体护理,能够有效减少并发症发生,促进患者康复。Objective Research in children with congenital heart disease interventional therapy perioperative operation nursing methods and effect of nursing. Methods Selected in our hospital from 2010 April to 2011 April were the interventional therapy in children with congenital heart disease in 45 cases, divided them into two groups, the control group was given conventional care, the intervention group were given nursing, comparative analysis of two groups of children recovery effect. Result Patients in the control group4 cases of complication of the intervention group, two patients without complications, incidence rate of complications is significantly different, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Congenital heart disease interventional therapy for peri operation period of holistic nursing care, can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote the rehabilitation of patients with.
