摘　　要：随着自然资源的逐渐消耗和环境污染的日益严重,发展高效的清洁能源成为十分迫切的需要。尤其是石油资源的逐渐枯竭,使以纯电动车为代表的新能源汽车终将取代燃油汽车成为未来发展的趋势。而动力电池的技术水平是目前阻碍新能源汽车发展的主要瓶颈。With the growing crises concerning natural resources and it has been an urgent need to utilize energy efficiently and cleanly. depletion of tery-powered petroleum resources has led to an immediate need for environmental pollutants, Specifically, the gradual the development of bat- electric vehicle （EV） and hybrid electric vehicle （HEV） . The power source has been the most critical problem in the development of EVs.
