摘　　要：针对网络化制造中异构工艺数据库集成与异构工艺文件共享输出过程中的问题,文中结合实例阐述了基于XML语言的工艺数据在基于Web的CAPP系统中的表达及应用.首先,介绍了一种新的工艺数据分类方法以及如何应用XML语言表达工艺数据;然后,确定了XML Schema与工艺数据表之间的映射机制,结合ASP和基于ADO组件的数据库技术,给出了具体的映射算法,实现了异构工艺数据库之间的信息交换;提出运用ASP和基于ActiveX的报表二次开发技术构建了基于Web的开放式CAPP系统,实现了XML表达的工艺数据与工艺模板之间的映射显示功能,并给出具体的实现算法和应用实例,从而解决了异构工艺文件的共享输出问题,同时也实现了基于Web的CAPP系统"所见即所得"的工艺设计功能.To solve the problems of heterogeneous process database integration and heterogeneous process file sharing output in networked manufacture environment,the expression and application of process data using XML for CAPP based on Web are introduced through application examples.First,a new classification method of process data and how to use XML to express process data are introduced.Then,a mapping scheme between XML schema and process data table is proposed.With ASP and database technique in terms of ADO component,the specific mapping arithmetic is given.Thus information exchange and sharing among heterogeneous process databases are realized.Moreover,ASP and secondary development technology for report forms based on ActiveX are applied to an open CAPP by Web.Mapping display function between process data through XML and process template is realized in the CAPP,and the specific mapping arithmetic and an application example are shown.Therefore,the problem of heterogeneous process file sharing output is solved,and the CAPP based on Web achieves WYSIWYG（what you see is what you get） function of process design realized.
