摘　　要：特色专业建设是提高应用型本科院校人才培养质量的关键问题。在明确了人才培养定位和办学特色的前提下,分析了沈阳工程学院通信工程特色专业的建设方向,并从建设智能电网对通信人才的需求中,结合该院优势专业和有利条件,提出了应用型特色专业的建设原则,同时对通信工程特色专业的建设方案进行了研究。Unique major construction is the key to improve talents＇quality in applied undergraduate colleges. By deter- mining the talents cultivating orientation and peculiarity of college, this paper analyzes the construction direction of communications engineering unique major in Shenyang Institute of Engineering, and puts forward applied unique major construction principles with our advantaged major and condition from the needs in intellective grid. At the same time, this paper studies the construction program of communications engineering unique major.
