腹股沟疝手术患者24h入出院管理模式的实践

摘　　要：介绍腹股沟疝手术患者24 h入出院管理模式的实践方法。经专科医生评估符合行"24 h入出院"标准的腹股沟疝患者,签署入院通知书,患者按照预约时间于当日9:00到达病房接受各种术前准备,术毕患者回病房留观1个晚上,接受进一步的治疗和护理,患者第2天9:00前办理出院,做好医疗安全、健康教育、术后随访等环节的术后指导。临床实践显示,腹股沟疝手术患者24 h入出院的病房管理模式能有效保障患者医疗安全,缩短患者住院时间,减少患者医疗费用,提高病床周转率。This paper introduces the practice of ward management of admission and discharge within 24 h for patients with inguinal hernia. Patients with inguinal hernia, after the evaluation of doctors, who met the requirement of admission and discharge within 24 h, signed the admittance notice. Various preoperative preparations were conducted at appointed time and after the operation, patients stayed in the ward for one night for further treatment and nursing. The day after the operation witnessed the discharge of patients and health education and follow-ups were carried on as well. Clinical research showed that the model of admission and discharge within 24 h for patients with inguinal hernia is effective for medical safety, which shortened length of stay and reduced medical cost as well.
