摘 要:选择高镍铬无限冷硬离心复合轧辊,在辊身上制取含有工作层、过渡层和芯部材质的无损检测标准试块,并在试块芯部钻取Φ3 mm和Φ5 mm缺陷孔至过渡层处。对试块进行金相组织检测,确定工作层及过渡层实际厚度。同时对试块进行超声检测,记录过渡层处界面回波特征,确定超声波测厚结果。实验结果表明:过渡层的界面超声波反射回波形式为双联回波,根据高回波确定无损检测试块工作层厚度较为准确,过渡层处的超声波反射回波高度与缺陷孔尺寸成正比。NDT standard block is taken from the barrel of high Ni-Cr infinite chilled centrifugal composite roller, which contains working layer, transition layer and core part, and Ф3 mm and Ф5mm defect holes are drilled from core part to transition layer. Metallographic structure test is carried out to confirm the actual thickness of working layer and transition layer, and UT is performed for the test block and interface echo characteristics of transition layer are recorded to find out the ultrasonic thickness measurement result. The test results shows that the form of ultrasonic echo of transi- tion layer interface is dual echoes and the thickness of NDT block is measured exactly according to high echo and The height of ultrasonic echo of transition layer is proportional to the dimension of defect hole.
