摘　　要：对材料SA-213T2242/R80的管子弯头取样研究,根据硬度、金相组织、晶粒度检验,分析管子冷弯后免回火热处理的条件,以缩短产品的生产周期长,减少能源耗费,节省成本,提高效益。samples in tube elbowsqb42/R80 of material SA-213T22 are picked up to make hard- ness, metallurgical structure and grain size examinations, heat treatment after tube cold bending in the reference documents can reduce manufacturing period, energy consumption and cost and promote efficiency.
