高血压病肝阳上亢证诊断量表条目筛选的研制

摘　　要：目的筛选高血压病肝阳上亢证的诊断量表条目。方法系统的古今文献整理和大样本的临床回顾性调查,百分位数法、专家问卷调查法初选条目,离散趋势法、区分度分析法、因子分析法、相关系数法和克朗巴赫系数法联合进行条目筛选,由保留条目组建测试版量表。结果全量表的克朗巴赫系数为0.777,头胀、舌苔腻、舌苔厚等3个条目被删除后克朗巴赫系数均增大,提示这些条目降低了量表的内部一致性,作为备选删除条目。结论与量表条目筛选常用的4种统计方法相比,增加克朗巴赫系数法有助于从内部一致性选择出较好的条目。OBJECTIVE To select diagnostic scale item for hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang syndrome.METHODS Ancient and modern literatures were systematically summarized,a large clinical sample were retrospectively reviewed,percentile method and expert questionnaire survey were applied for selecting item,as well as discrete method,distinguish degree analysis method,factor analysis method,correlation coefficient method,and cronbach coefficient method together for item selection.RESUITS 5 statistical methods cooperated to select representative scale item.CONCLUSION Compared with the commonly used 4 kinds of selecting scale item statistical methods,increasing the cronbach coefficient method can help choose better items from the internal consistency.
