摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定Liguzinediol原料药的含量及其有关物质。方法采用Phecda C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水溶液(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为278nm,柱温为30℃,进样量10μL。结果主峰能与相邻杂质峰较好分离。Liguzinediol在60~140μg/mL浓度范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9。结论本法准确、方便、专属性强,可用于测定Liguzinediol原料药含量及有关物质。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of Liguzinediol and its related substances.METHODS The assay was conducted on a Phecda C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with methanol-water(20∶80) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 278 nm.RESULTS Liguzinediol was completely separated from impurities.The linear concentration range of Liguzinediol was 60~140 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999.CONCLUSION This accurate and reliable HPLC method is applicable for the quality control of Liguzinediol and its related substances.
