摘　　要：目的观察安乳消痛贴治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法将100例患者按就诊号随机分组,其中治疗组35例,局部敷贴安乳消痛贴3个月经周期;对照组(A)32例,口服逍遥丸3个月经周期;对照组(B)33例,外用乳癖消贴膏3个月经周期。3组分别于治疗后对临床疗效作对比分析。结果治疗组症状改善总有效率97.14%,对照组(A)症状改善总有效率71.87%,对照组B总有效率78.79%,治疗组症状改善效果优于对照组(A)、(B)(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组(A)、(B)比较,体征改变有效率低于对照组(B)(P<0.05)而与(A)无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论安乳消痛贴治疗乳腺增生病疗效确切,尤其在改善症状、缓解疼痛方面疗效显著,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe Anru Xiaotong Paste＇s clinical effects on treating mammary glands hyperplasia.METHODS 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（35 cases） with local application of Anru Xiaotong Paste treating for 3 menstrual cycles,control group A（32 cases） with oral administration of Xiaoyang Tablet for 3 menstrual cycles and control group B（33 cases） with external use of Rupixiao Emplastrum for 3 menstrual cycles.Comparative analysis was conducted after treatment in three groups.RESULTS The total effective rate in treatment group was 97.14%,71.87% for control group A and 78.79% for control group B.The treatment group showed a better treatment effect than control group A and B（P〈0.05）;The effective rate of physical sign effective rate in the treatment group was lower than that of control group B（P〈0.05） and it showed no significant difference with that of control group A（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Anru Xiaotong Paste is effective in treating mammary glands hyperplasia,especially in improving symptoms,and relieving pain,which is worth popularization and application.
