摘　　要：目的建立高效液相法测定咳喘宁胶囊中麻黄碱的含量。方法采用色谱柱:Merck C18柱(5μm,150mm×4.6mm),流动相:甲醇∶水(80∶20),检测波长:254nm,流速0.8mL/min,进样量20μL。结果麻黄素在0.200 4～2.004μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.52%,RSD为1.27%。结论采用本方法测定咳喘宁胶囊中的麻黄素含量准确、方便、专属性强。OBJECTIVE To determinate the content of ephedrine in Kechuanning Capsule by HPLC.METHODS HPLC method with Merck C18（5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm） column was used;methanol∶water（25∶5） as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min;the detection wavelength was set at 254nm;the sample size was 20 μL.RESULTS Ephedrine was in good linear relationship within the range of 0.2004～2.004 μg,r=0.999 9,mean recovery rate=100.52%,RSD=1.27%.CONCLUSION The identification method is simple solid and effective with good repeatability.It is especially suitable for the Determination of ephedrine in Kechuanning Capsule.
