摘　　要：本文从发展阶段、发展重点和发展方式等方面入手,在剖析闽台新兴产业协同发展可行性的基础上,对其协同发展的路径进行探索,以促进两地新兴产业的蓬勃发展。Cross-strait economic cooperation framework agreement（ECFA） was signed, which has promoted both economic and trade cooperation relationship between fujian and Taiwan deeply and the related emerging industry has also developed. This essay analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Fujian and Taiwan＇s emerging industry. The Comparative research focuses on the development stage, the development point and the development pattern. Analyzing the feasibility and finding out the alternatives of the Collaborative Development of Min-Tai emerging industry to promote the development.
