摘  要:利用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS对鱼刺型微带铁氧体环行器进行了设计和仿真,并研究了铁氧体基片材料的饱和磁化强度Ms和铁磁共振线宽ΔH对环行器频率特性的影响。结果表明:Ms对环行器的频率特性影响显著,合理选择Ms可使环行器具有高反射、高隔离度及低损耗的特性;ΔH对环行器的频率特性影响较小,其值可在较宽范围内选择。当Ms=47.8 kA/m,ΔH=4.0 kA/m时,环行器在峰值频率3.8 GHz处的插入损耗、反射、隔离度及驻波比分别为0.17 dB,33.8 dB,48.6 dB和1.04,带宽大于300 MHz。A fish-bone type microstrip ferrite circulator was designed and simulated using the 3D electromagnetic simulation software HFSS. The effects of the saturation magnetization Ms and the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth AH of the ferrite substrate on the frequency characteristic of the circulator were investigated. The results show that Ms has significant effect on the frequency characteristic of the circulator, and high reflection, high isolation and low insertion toss can be achieved for the circulator when a suitable Ms is employed. However, A/-/shows little effect on the frequency characteristic of the circulator and hence can be chosen from a wide range. When Ms= 47.8 kA/m and AH = 4.0 kA/m, the circulator exhibits an insertion loss of0.17 dB, a reflection of 33.8 dB, an isolation of 48.6 dB, a standing wave ratio of 1.04 and a bandwidth beyond 300 MHz at the peak frequency of 3.8 GHz.
