摘　　要：目的寻找维通注射剂两种主要成分的最佳配比进行组方,为开发出高效、低毒的防治术后粘连药物提供实验依据。方法利用权重配方法进行分组,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法寻找最佳配比。结果主要成分D和Q按9∶2配伍,可显著抑制成纤维细胞生长,两药有协同或相加作用。结论两药最佳配伍比例为9∶2。Objective To find the best ratio of 2 main components（D, Q） in Weitong Injection for compositing the formula and to pro- vide the experimental basis for developing a highly efficient,low toxicity new type of postoperative anti- adhesion drug. Methods The weight modification method was adopted to divide into groups and the MTT assay was used to screen the optimal formula. Results The main components D and Q were composited the formula with the ratio of 9：2,the results showed that this compatible combination could markedly inhibited the proliferation of fibroblast （FB） and had the synergistic or additive effect. Conclusion The optimal compati- ble rstin of D and O is 9：2.
