摘　　要：近年来,我国各地频发"油荒",影响社会经济平稳运行,因此急需进行成品油动员物流的理论研究以及动员物流网络的规划建设,以应对局部战争和突发事件引起的成品油需求的激增。在界定成品油动员物流网络内涵的基础上,归纳动员物流网络的特点,着重研究物流基础设施网络的节点和线路,明晰动员物流的网络结构,为进一步建设完善我国成品油动员物流网络做好前期准备。In recent years the occurrence of ＂oil shortages＂ are becoming frequent all over the country which affects the stability of social economy. Theoretical research and construction planning of the oil mobilization logistics network are urgently needed to respond to the surge in demand for oil products caused by wars and emergencies. This article defines the connotation of oil mobilization logistics network and summarizes mobilization logistics networks＇ characteristics. It also clarifies mobilization logistics network structure by analyzing the nodes and lines in order to prepare oil mobilization logistics network for further improvement.
