摘　　要：中小企业的法律风险,是企业各种风险中危害性较大的一种风险。法律风险一旦发生,企业一般将陷入经营困境,甚至破产倒闭。因此法律风险对企业的生产经营活动影响极大。文章针对中小企业法律风险产生的原因及特点,分析中小企业法律风险防范工作中存在的问题,并据此有针对性地提出若干改进措施。The legal risks of small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） are more harmful than those of manifold risks of enterprises. Once legal risks happen, the enterprises would fall in plights, even bankruptcy is possible. Therefore, legal risks have a great impact on production and business activities of enterprises. This paper focus on the causes and characteristics of the legal risks for SMEs in order to analyze the problems existing in the prevention of legal risks of SMEs and then propose some effective measures to improve that situation.
