摘　　要：刑释人员重新犯罪,其犯罪伎俩更为老练,犯罪性质更加恶劣,社会影晌也更大,重新犯罪已成为影晌社会长治久安的一大"毒瘟"。从监狱改造和社会管理两方面入手,剖析刑释人员重新犯罪的主要原因。Released prisoners return to crime,their criminal tricks increasingly sophisticated,the nature of the crime is worse,and having a deeper influence on the society.Re-crime has become one of the drug plague which having influence on the long-term stability of the society.Start from the prison reformation and social management,the main reasons for the recidivism of released prisoners are analyzed.
