益气滋肾方联合穴位注射治疗肾阴虚证2型糖尿病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的运用益气滋肾方联合穴位注射疗法治疗肾阴虚证2型糖尿病(T2DM),观察中医临床疗效及对控制血糖、血脂方面的影响。方法将200例肾阴虚证T2DM病例随机分为两组:100例运用益气滋肾方联合穴位注射疗法(治疗组),100例只进行基础治疗(对照组)。在治疗前后分别进行空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(P2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(GH)、甘油三酯(TG)检测,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果在中医临床疗效方面,治疗组有效率为96%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05);控制空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖方面,与对照组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05);控制总胆固醇、甘油三酯方面,与对照组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。治疗组在中医临床疗效、控制血糖、血脂方面明显优于对照组。结论益气滋肾方联合穴位注射疗法治疗肾阴虚证2型糖尿病,通过多途径、多靶点、多效应调节全身功能,在缓解临床症状方面更具优势,在改善糖代谢异常的同时,对糖尿病引起的脂质代谢异常等均有明显改善作用,比单一应用西药效果显著。Objective To use Yiqi Zishen prescription combined with acupoint injection therapy in treating kidney yin deficiency syndrome of type 2diabetes mellitus （ T2DM ） , observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine and the control effect on blood glucose, blood lipid. Methods 200 cases of kidney yin deficiency syndrome of T2DM patients were randomly divided into two groups： 100 patients using Yiqi Zishen decoction combined with acupoint in- jection therapy （treatment group）, 100 patients with only basic treatment （control group）. Before and after the treat- ment carried out fasting blood glucose （FPG） ,2 hour postprandial blood glucose （P2hPG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, total cholesterol （GH）, triglyeeride （TG） detection, and a comparative analysis of test results. Results In TCM clinical curative effect, the effective rate of treatment group was96%, compared with the control group there was a significant difference （p 〈 0. 05 ） ; control of fasting blood glucose, postprandial plasma glucose level of 2 hours, compared with the control group there was a significant difference （p 〈0. 05） ; control of total cholesterol, tri- glycerides, compared with the control group there was a significant difference （p 〈 0. 05 ）. In treatment group of TCM the clinical curative effect, control of blood glucose, blood lipids are obviously better than the control group. Conclu- sion Yiqi Zishen prescription combined with acupoint injection therapy for the treatment of kidney yin deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes, through multiple pathways, much target, much effect on the regulation of body func- tions, with more advantages in the remission of clinical symptoms, in the improvement of abnormal glucose metabo- lism at the same time, diabetes - induced abnormal lipid metabolism has significantly improved, with remarkable effect than the single application of Western medicine.
