摘 要:目的调查医务人员手卫生依从性,分析影响因素,采取干预措施,提高手卫生依从性。方法采用隐蔽式现场观察方法,对临床科室医务人员手卫生执行情况进行调查(2010年7月~12月为基线调查阶段,2011年1月~12月为干预实施阶段)。结果不同科室及人员之间有显著性差异(p<0.05);ICU、NICU手卫生依从性较高(干预前74.2%和73.3%;干预后85.4%和83.5%);较低的为内科与妇产科(干预前22.3%与28.9%),干预后分别提高到36.9%与57.0%;护士手卫生依从性高于医生,操作后手卫生依从性高于操作前(p<0.05);通过采取多种干预措施,医务人员整体手卫生依从性从43.1%上升到62.2%。结论采取积极的手卫生策略,能有效提高医务人员手卫生依从性。Objective To investigate the Health Care Workers compliance of Hand Hygiene, analyze the relative factors, take intervention measure and make improvement in Hand Hygiene compliance. Methods Compliance with Hand Hygiene of Health Care Workers was observed without notice during July to December 2010, intervention measure was taken from Junuary to December 2011. Results Significant different compliance rate were found among different departments (p 〈 0. 05), better compliance rate in ICU and NICU (74. 2% and 73.3% before the interven- tion; 85.4% ~[I 83.5% after the intervention, respectively), while poor in internal medicine and gynecological de- partment (22. 3% and 28.9% before the intervention,After the intervention to 36. 9% and 57.0% respectively) ;the compliance by nursing staff were better than doctors, and higher compliance rate after than before the procedure. The compliance rate was raised from 43.1% to 62. 2% after adopting multiple intervention measure. Conclusion Take active Hand Hygiene measures can improve Hand Hygiene compliance of Health Care Workers.
