摘  要:生物粘附微球作为微球给药的一种制剂,具有延长药物的滞留时间、缓释和控释等优势,可以促进药物的吸收,提高药物的生物利用度,从而受到国内外学者的广泛关注。本文主要概述了近年生物粘附微球的常用制备方法和临床应用方面国内外研究进展,并提议建立统一的评价标准。Bioadhesive microspheres are taken as drug delivery microsphere formulations. Bioadhesive microspheres provided extend drug residence time and sustained release, controlled release and other advantages. Bioadhesive mi- crospheres promote drug absorption and improve drug bioavailability. Thus, the bioadhesive mierospheres have caught attention from scholars both at home and abroad. This article mainly summarized advances in bioadhesive microspheres research both at home and abroad in recent years. It included commonly used preparation methods and clinical application of bioadhesive microspheres. This article also gave suggestion on the establishment of unified evaluation standards for bioadhesive microspheres.
