摘 要:目的:优选胆木心材中异长春花苷内酰胺的提取工艺。方法:以异长春花苷内酰胺提取得率为评价指标,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,通过正交试验选取最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为提取所用乙醇浓度为70%,乙醇加入量为药材的22倍,提取时间为4 h,提取次数为3次。结论:该工艺稳定、合理、可行,可为工业化提取胆木中异长春花苷内酰胺提供理论依据。This study was aimed to optimize the extraction technology of strictosamide from Lignum Naucleae. The extracting technology of strictosamide was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the concentration and amount of alcohol, extracting time and frequency as factors. The results showed that the optimal extraction technology was to add 22 times of alcohol to the herbal medicine at the concentration of 70%. And the extraction was continued for 4 hours and repeated for three times. It was concluded that this extraction technology is stable, reasonable and feasible. This method can provide a theoretical basis for the industrial extraction of strictosamide from Lignum Naucleae.
