摘　　要：本文给出了一个基于嵌入式MODEM的典型系统设计案例,包括总体设计方案及硬、软件结构框图并作了相应的说明,接着分别对本系统的硬件部分、软件部分进行详细的探究和分析,阐述了各部分的实验原理和步骤,并对各部分进行了测试和分析,测试结果表明,所设计的这种嵌入式MODEM最小系统是可行的。This essay firstly presents a typical system designing case based on embedded modem including the general designing plan and the structure diagram of hardware and soft- ware, which is described accordingly. Afterwards, the essay explores and analyzes the hard- ware and software in detail, illustrates the experimental principle and process of each part. Each part is also tested and analyzed to prove that the minimal system is workable.
