经济不发达地区公共图书馆用户稳定机制研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国公共图书馆读者呈现出加速流失的趋势,尤其在经济不发达地区图书馆,读者流失已经成为威胁图书馆生存的重要因素。从分析读者流失的现状和原因入手,构建了一个囊括激励机制、流失约束机制、流失预警机制、信息反馈机制、稳定评价机制的公共图书馆用户稳定机制管理模型,最后结合经济不发达地区公共图书馆的特殊性提出了保障经济不发达地区公共图书馆用户稳定的相关策略。In the recent years,the users appear to lose rapidly in public library.Especially in the libraries of the economically underdeveloped areas,the loss of users has become an important factor to threaten the existence of libraries.This paper begined with analysis of the status and reasons of users＇ loss,constructing a stability mechanism managing model which consisting of incentive mechanism,loss restriction mechanism,loss early warning mechanism,information feedback mechanism and stability evaluation mechanism for public library.In the end,the author put forward some related strategies to guarantee the stability of users combining with the characteristics of the libraries in the economically underdeveloped areas.
