摘　　要：目前查新机构普遍面临查新需求多样化、高峰时期负荷过重的状况,而网络信息检索平台及文献管理工具的日趋完善,为优质高效地完成科技查新工作提供了便利条件,许多特色功能的研究利用需要在查新实践中加以摸索和总结。本文从查新工作的操作层面,探讨了利用这些平台及工具所具备的特色功能提高查新工作质量与效率的方法。Both the diversified demands and heavy loads during the peak time are the current situation generally faced with by the institutes who supply the service.Fortunately,the information retrieval platform either open accessed or controlled in site and many kinds of reference manage tools which greatly facilitate the novelty search process are going perfect gradually.Many features of the function supplied by these tools need to be explored and summarized during the whole process.This paper will give some introductions and suggestions from the practical point of view on how to use these features available to improve the quality and efficiency of the novelty search.
