摘　　要：论文分析了高校图书馆资源逾期占用现象及其表现并建立了博弈分析模型。博弈分析表明:个人理性与集体理性矛盾的存在将会导致图书馆资源利用和管理的"囚徒困境",通过设计合理的激励约束机制,可以化解这一"囚徒困境",从而实现图书馆资源利用和管理的帕累托改进。This paper analysed the phenomenon of the extended occupation of university library resources and established a game model on it.Game analysis showed that the conflict between individual rationality and collective rationality will lead to＂prisoner＇s dilemma＂on library resources utilization and management.＂Prisoner＇s dilemma＂can be solved by designing the incentive and restraint mechanisms,thus Pareto improvement on the use and management of the university library resources can be achieved.
