摘　　要：目的:探讨呼吸机在妇产科全身麻醉患者术后复中的作用。方法:对两组全身订醉术后患者的情况进行观察比较。结果:带管入恢复室患者方面情况均优于非带管患者。结论:呼吸机在妇产科术后恢复室的使用显著提高了全身麻醉患者术后的安全性,提高了手术床的使用效率,并减少了不必要的拮抗药物的使用,提高了手术床的使用效率,并减少了不必要的拮抗药物使用。Objective To evaluat the effect and safety of breathing machine after general anaesthesia in obstetric and gynecologic operation.Method Total 1 161 patients undergoing obstetric and gynecologic operation were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in group A（n=204） were transferred with an endochacheal tube for breathing machine.The patients in group B（n=957） were transferred without any endochacheal tube.Results Compared with group B,group A had fewer incidence of postoperative complications,better availability and less overall consumption of agonist drug.Conclusion Breathing machine used in obstetric and gynecologic operation after general anaesthesia can provide better efficiency,fewer postoperative complications and higher safety.
