摘　　要：目的:探讨心力衰竭患者行绿激光前列腺汽化术前后的护理体会与经验。方法:对27例前列腺并发心力衰竭的患者给予相应的观察及护理。结果:27例患者均成功实施PVP术,未发生严重并发症。结论:良好的护理措施是取得上述效果的保证之一:术前应做好术前评估及心理护理,术后需加强心电监测,注意并发症的预防及护理,并做好基础护理。Objective To explore the preoperative and postoperative nursing experience for heart failure patients underwent green laser vaporization.Method Twenty-seven cases with prostatauxe and heart failure were given corresponding observation and nursing care.Results Twenty-seven cases all got successful implementation of PVP,no serious complications were found.Conclusion Good nursing measures are the guarantee to achieve the effect：We must do preoperative assessment and mental nursing,strengthen mental monitoring after operation,pay attention to the prevention and nursing of complications,and do the basic nursing care.
