摘　　要：目的:总结对双侧人工全髋关节置换术患者围手术期的护理措施,以提高髋关节功能,降低并发症的发生,促进康复。方法:对20例接受双侧人工全髋关节置换的患者进行严密系统的围手术期护理,指导康复训练。结果:本组20例患者术后均恢复了良好的髋关节功能,无严重并发症发生。结论:对接受双侧人工全髋关节置换术后患者进行科学的围手术期护理是提高成功率,减少并发症的重要保证。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing interventions for simultaneous both sides total hip arthroplasty,to improve hip function,decrease complications and promote rehabilitation.Method Systematic perioperative nursing interventions and rehabilitation training were performed out for 20 patients who underwent simultaneous both sides total hip arthroplasty.Results All of the 20 patients regained well to excellent hip functions after operation with no serious complications occurred.Conclusion Scientific perioperative nursing interventions for patients who underwent simultaneous both sides total hip arthroplasty is important guarcctee to have successful operation with low complication rate.
