基于事物特性表的千斤顶配置建模方法

摘　　要：通过分析千斤顶产品的应用领域和当前日益扩大的国际化市场需求,该文提出了一种基于事物特性表的千斤顶产品配置模型,该模型可以有效管理产品族和满足客户的个性化需求。应用事物特性表原理,构建了液压千斤顶产品结构模型和配置单元模型,并基于知识和约束对产品配置模型进行了描述,通过详细分析模型中配置单元的构成、功能、约束关系等,使配置模型易于表达和理解。最后在此模型的基础上,给出了千斤顶产品配置设计的一般过程。Through analyzing the domain where jacks are used and increasingly international market requirements,a kind of jack＇s configuration model based on tabular layouts of article characteristics（TLAC） is proposed.The model can manage the product family efficiently and meet the specific requirements of customer.At first the structure model and configuration unit model of jack are built,then configuration unit model based on knowledge and constrains is presented.Configuration model can be expressed and understood better by analyzing constitute,function,constraint etc of configuration unit model in details.At last,a general process of the configuration design of jack based on the model is put forward.
