新疆托里县哈萨克族骨关节炎患者血清IL-18与TNF-α水平变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨新疆托里县哈萨克族骨关节炎患者血清白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-18与肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平变化及临床意义。方法对新疆托里县哈萨克族骨关节炎患者168例及对照组179例抽取静脉血测定血清中IL-18、TNF-α含量。结果骨关节炎患者血清中IL-18、TNF-α含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组中哈萨克族与汉族血清中IL-18、TNF-α含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);骨关节炎患者血清中IL-18与TNF-α水平存在相关性(相关系数r=0.89,P=0.00);骨关节炎患者血清中IL-18、TNF-α水平与患者病程长短无关。结论血清IL-18、TNF-α与骨关节炎的关系密切,可能成为早期诊断骨关节炎的实验室指标,为早期诊断提供参考。Objective To investigate the changes of serum IL-18 and TNF-α levels in Kazakh osteoarthritis patients in Tory county of Xinjiang.Methods There were 168 cases of Kazakh osteoarthritis patients and 179 cases of the control group enrolled.Serum IL-18,TNF-α levels were detected.Results Serum IL-18,TNF-α levels in Kazakh osteoarthritis patients were significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.The difference of serum IL-18,TNF-α levels between the Kazak and Han in control group was not statistically significant（P0.05）;Serum IL-18 and TNF-α levels was correlated with each other in the osteoarthritis patients（r=0.89,P=0.00）;Serum IL-18,TNF-α levels in osteoarthritis patients were unrelated with the disease duration.Conclusion The serum level of IL-18 and TNF-α in the patients are closely related with osteoarthritis,and may be used as laboratory indicators for early diagnosis of osteoarthritis.
