摘　　要：多功能特种纸涂布机采用刮刀涂布器和气刀涂布器相结合的涂布方式,满足不同涂料不同涂布量的要求;循环热风干燥系统的风机采用变频控制配以温度自控系统,达到温度设定后的自动调节,实现节能的目的;退卷和收卷在全速工作状态下实现自动换卷,提高效率,减少辅助时间。该机在安装调试后生产无碳复写纸和热敏纸的情况良好,各项经济技术指标均达到设计目标。The multi-functional coater for specialty paper equipped with blade coater and doctor coater can meet the requirement of different coating formulas and coating weights.The fan in recycling hot air drying system uses frequency conversion control with temperature self-control system to realize automatic adjustment after the temperature reaches the set point,it realizes energy saving purpose.The automatic reel-exchanges are carried out in unwinding and reel collecting processes under full speed working mode which enhances efficiencies and reduces assisting time.The machine has been running smoothly when it is used for the production of carbonless copy paper and thermal-sensitive paper.The economic and technological index meet the design target.
