摘  要:00Cr14Ni5Mo3Al是一种新型的超低碳马氏体-铁素体双相不锈钢,是应我国彩色电影、胶片事业的发展而得到应用的挤压涂布工艺新材料。结合抚钢生产的超低碳双相不锈钢00Cr14Ni5Mo3Al成本较高的现状,通过制订相应的生产工艺措施,成功将真空感应炉+电渣工艺改为电炉+VOD+电渣工艺冶炼,并进行锻造工艺改进。结果表明,新工艺合理可行,既保证了钢的化学成分及良好的内部质量,同时又大大地降低了生产成本。00Crl4NiSMo3A1 is a new ultra low carbon martensite-ferrite dual phase stainless steel, it can fit well to our country color film, film career development and application of extrusion coating technology and new materials. In this paper, combining with the high production costs status of ultra low carbon dual-phase stainless steel 00Crl4Ni5Mo3A1 in Fush- un steel group, adopting the appropriate measures, the new smelting crafts was made successfully from the vacuum induc- tion furnace + ESR technology to electric furnace +VOD+ ESR smelting, the forging process was improved too. Results indicated that the new process was reasonable and practicable, it can not only ensure the chemical composition of the steel and good quality,but also can greatly reduce the costs of production
