摘  要:选用纳米抗菌涤/棉混纺纱,开发了3种纬编针织面料及其针织内衣产品。测试了纳米抗菌涤/棉混纺纱的性能,制定了纬编织造工艺和染色后整理工艺,测试了所开发面料的服用性能和抗菌性能。研发结果表明:纳米抗菌涤/棉混纺纱具有良好的服用舒适性和抗菌功能,适于开发针织内衣产品。Nano-anti-bacterial polyester/cotton blended yarns were made to develop three kinds of knitted fabrics and undergarments. The properties of blended yarns were tested. The process parameters such as circular weft knitting, dying and finishing were given. The properties of wearability and anti-bacterial function of devel- oped fabrics were also measured. The results showed that these nano-anti-bacterial polyester/cotton blended yarns have better wearability and good anti-bacterial function as well as for undergarments.
