摘　　要：区域行政执法合作是区域法治建设中的一个重要环节,是促进区域经济协调发展的内在要求,是维护区域行政执法的公正与效率的有效举措。针对区域执法合作中存在的问题,应强化执法合作的观念,健全执法合作的机制,发挥"软法"在执法合作中的作用,完善执法合作的"硬法"规制,建立执法合作的协调管理机构等,以推动区域执法合作取得良好的效果,提升区域法治建设的水平,进而推进法治的进程。Regional administrative law enforcement cooperation is an important link of the rule of law for regions.It is also an effective measure to maintain the fairness and efficiency of regional administrative law enforcement.As a result,to solve the problems of regional law enforcement cooperation,we should strengthen the concept of law enforcement cooperation,improve the law enforcement cooperation mechanisms,bring the 'soft law' into full play,complete the 'hard law' regulation of law enforcement cooperation,and establish the coordination and management organs of law enforcement cooperation.All the measures above can also drive the regional law enforcement cooperation to pronote achievements,raise the level of the rule of law for regions,and thereby make the process of the rule of law.
