摘　　要：院系作为学生培养的基础单位在学生科技素质的培养方面发挥着重要作用。要激发大学生的创新意识、提高创新能力,院系就要进一步认清新形势下开展科技活动的重要性,整合学校、学院各方面的资源,着力构建完善的科技活动体系,开展卓有成效的科技活动。College as a basic educational unite plays an important role in guidance to the technology qualities of university students. In order to improve the innovation awareness and ability of university students, the importance of the technology activities under the new situation should be recognized, the resources of the university and college should be integrated, the technology activities system should be built completely, and the technology practice activities should be carried out effectively.
