摘　　要：目的:改进X线摄影检查专用自锁式升降床(命名为增强型X摄影检查专用自锁式升降床),能够安全、快捷地在护理病床与X线摄影检查床之间通过升降床面平行移动不能行动的患者。方法:该装置采用剪叉式升降结构,同时辅以可控气弹簧,以直接向上抬升及向下压放的方法实现床的升降。结果:与原有的X线摄影检查专用自锁式升降床相比,采用增强型自锁式升降床可明显加快移床过程,减轻搬运人员的劳动强度。结论:增强型X线摄影检查专用自锁式升降床方便患者,节省人力,取得了良好的临床应用效果。Objective To improve the self-locked hoist bed used in X-ray examination（named for ＂enhanced X-ray examination self-locked hoist bed＂） in order to safely and quickly move in parallel the patients that can not move between care bed and X-ray examination bed.Methods The device used scissors lift structure supplemented by controllable gas springs,and the lift and down of the bed was realized by lift up and press down straightly method.Results Compared with the original one,the enhanced X-ray examination self-locked hoist bed could speed up the process of bed exchange and reduce the labor of moving-workers.Conclusion The hoist bed designed can facilitate the patients and reduce the labor intensity of the handlers markedly,which achieves good clinical results.
