摘  要:目的:研制一款激光准直定位装置应用于手术室西门子ARCADIS Varic C型臂X线机。方法:通过比较几种不同设计方案的优、缺点,确定了最优设计方案,并完成了装置的制作。采用2个由3节5号电池供电的一字形半导体激光器,在平行于影像增强板的平面上形成十字形定位线,实现中心定位;电池置于开关控制盒内并固定在机架上;供电线采用铝塑板、线扎及热溶胶等固定:激光器部分与球管端的斜外缘塑料外壳相配合。结果:此装置所形成的十字定位线距离影像增强板最高可达80 cm,定位准确、操作方便,很好地满足了临床诊断的需要。结论:该激光准直定位装置大大减少了设备采购支出,有望缩短X线照射检查时间,减少患者和医务人员的长时间累积辐射剂量,值得在其他C型臂X线机上推广使用。Objective To design a laser positioning device so as to apply on C arm X-ray machine of SIEMENS ARCADIS Varic in the operating room.Methods Several design schemes had been compared.The optimal design was then determined and made.Positioning line cross was formed on the plane paralleled to the image enhancement board using two semiconductor lasers supplied by three N0.5 batteries,so precise orientation of laser spot center was realized.The batteries were put in a switch box fixed on(he chassis.The electric wire was held in place by aluminum plate,wire clip and hot-melt adhesive.Lasers matched the oblique outer edge of C arm X-ray machine perfectly.Results The maximal distance between the positioning line cross and the image enhancement board was 80 centimeters.The technical indicators,such as security,positioning accuracy and handiness,had been realized.And the clinical diagnosis demands had been met. Conclusion The device is cost-effective and reliable.The X-ray irradiation time can be reduced,and the accumulated radiation dose of patients and doctors can also be reduced.The device can be applied to other C arm X-ray machines in this way.
