摘　　要：目的:将现代化医院办公和计算机网络功能结合起来,实现办公流程信息化,从而节省资源成本,提高办公效率。方法:基于信息技术提出医院办公自动化平台的总体方案及所实现的各项功能,实施B/S结构的办公自动化系统。结果:建立了内部的通信平台,实现了工作流程的自动化;建立了信息发布的平台,实现了文档管理的自动化。结论:办公自动化系统的应用,降低了医院管理成本,提高了医护人员日常办公效率。Objective To combine the modernized hospital work with the computer network function,and to realize the office procedure informationization so as to save resource costs and raise the office efficiency.Methods The hospital office automation（OA） platform＇s system design and each function to be realized were presented based on information technology, and OA system with B/S structure in the hospital was implemented.Results The work flow automation was realized through the building of internal communications platform.The documents management automation was realized by building the information issue platform.Conclusion The OA system application reduces the cost of hospital management,and improves the day-to-day office efficiency of medical staff.
