摘 要:目的:对比分析静、动态电阻抗扫描乳腺成像系统测量结果,为电阻抗扫描乳腺成像系统进一步的临床应用提供参考依据。方法:利用静、动态电阻抗扫描乳腺成像系统对志愿者的右乳上方同一部位进行多次测量,利用统计学方法,分析相同操作者条件下静、动态电阻抗扫描成像系统测量结果的差异性,比较静、动态系统时不同熟练程度操作者的依赖性。结果:在相同被测部位及相同操作者备件下,动态电阻抗扫描成像系统多次测量结果离散性更小。在不同熟练程度操作者及相同被测部位条件下,动态电阻抗扫描成像系统多次测量结果对操作者的依赖性更低,测量结果可靠性更高。结论:与静态系统测量结果相比,实时动态成像技术加强了成像结果的预判性,从而提高了电阻抗扫描成像系统测量结果的稳定性。Objective To provide a reference for further clinical application by comparing and analyzing the static and dynamic electrical impedance scanning(EIS) measurements of breast imaging system.Methods The right breast was measured several times over the same area of the volunteers by using the static and dynamic EIS.Differences in the measurements of static and dynamic EIS had been analyzed,and dependency on different operators' proficiency in static and dynamic EIS had been analyzed under the same conditions by using statistical methods.Results Measuring the same location and with the same operator,the divergency character of dynamic EIS was smaller.While measuring the same location but with different operators' proficiency,the results of dynamic EIS were less dependent on the operators,the measurements were more reliable.Conclusion Compared with the static system measurements,the real -time dynamic imaging technology enhances the pre-judgment,improves the stability of results and reduces the dependency on different operators' proficiency.
