野战方舱医院特诊模块在抗震救灾中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨提高野战方舱医院特诊模块的诊断水平和保障能力。方法:结合某部野战方舱医院2008年汶川和2010年玉树抗震救灾中使用的特诊设备情况,对特诊模块在抗震救灾使用中存在的问题进行梳理并提出使用建议。结果:通过独立设置特诊帐篷,提高特诊装备的性能,在抗震救灾中极大地提高了特诊模块的诊断水平和保障能力。结论:特诊模块的配置可满足野战方舱医院执行抗震救灾医疗救治的需要。Objective To improve the diagnosis and support capabilities of the field shelter hospital special clinic module. Methods Combined with the special consultation equipment used by a field shelter hospital unit in the earthquake relief of 2008 Yushu and 2010 Wenchuan,the problems of the special clinic module in use of quake relief were sorted out,and recommendations were proposed.Results By setting the special clinic separate tent and the equipment performance improvement,the diagnosis and protection of the special consultation module were greatly improved in the earthquake relief. Conclusion The module meets the medical care needs of field shelter hospital in earthquake relief.
