野战方舱医院医疗巡诊模块在抗震救灾中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨野战医院在抗震救灾中医疗巡诊模块的使用。方法:通过时在汶川、玉树2次执行抗震救灾任务中,医院组建了4～6人医疗巡诊小分队,定期对灾区灾民、救灾部队官兵、地方救灾人员、临时学校师生等进行医疗巡诊工作,提出卫生装备的使用和人员的分工。结果:医疗巡诊便于及早发现疾病,开展健康宣教、卫生防疫、心理疏导等工作。结论:野战方舱医院配置巡诊模块,适合医院抗震救灾医疗救治的保障需要。Objective To explore the using of field shelter hospital medical rounds module in the earthquake relief.Methods Based on the relief mission execution in Wenchuan and Yushu earthquake,medical rounds squad constituted of 4 to 6 persons was set up to do the medical rounds work regularly for the earthquake victims,the relief forces,the local relief workers and students and teachers of the temporary schools,and the use of medical equipment and personnel division were proposed.Results Medical rounds facilitated the early detection of the disease,and also the health education,health and epidemic prevention and the psychological counseling work.Conclusion The configuration of medical rounds module in the field shelter hospital meets the security needs of the hospital earthquake relief medical care.
