摘　　要：文章结合工作实际论述了孝心教育对激发高职新生的自我管理能力的意义,并介绍了如何在新生班级日常管理中进行孝心教育的一些措施与做法。Based on the practical job, the significance of application filial education to arouse the higher vocational freshman＇ self --management ability was discussed, and at the same time, some measures and practice of how to carry on filial education in freshman class daily management was introduced in the paper.
