摘　　要：由于河北省人口基数大、劳动力市场发展欠完善且与教育体系严重脱节以及就业观念落后等因素,河北省的就业在经济转型时期产生了一系列问题,应从政府、社会、企业、学校、劳动力供给主体五个方面入手,改变河北省经济转型期的就业状况。There are many employment problems in Hebei Province in the period of economic transition, because of large population base, imperfect labor market, serious separation of education system, and underdeveloped idea, etc. Therefore, we should change the employment situation from the government, society, enterprise, universities and colleges and labor supply.
