摘  要:目的探索通过工艺改进降低感冒退热颗粒服用量的可行性;方法建立了以连翘苷含量测定和靛玉红薄层半定量为基础的质量评价方法,采用了大孔吸附树脂技术对感冒退热颗粒提取液进行纯化;结果大孔吸附树脂工艺可以大大降低干浸膏收率,有效成分转移率较药典工艺高;结论该工艺合理可行。In order to explore the feasibility for reducing medicine-taken amount of anti-cold and heat-clearing pills by technological improvement, the quality evaluation method based on Forsythin content determination and Indirubin thin-layer chromatograph semi-quantitative determination was set up and anti-cold and heat-clearing pill extract solution was purified by macroporous-adsorption resin technology, the results showed that macroporousadsorption resin technique could largely reduce dry extract recovery rate and that the effective components transformation rate was higher than that of pharmacopoeia technology. The conclusion is that this technology is rational and feasible.
