摘　　要：目的:建立一个与国际接轨的标本化的标本资源库和现代化的标本信息管理平台,为人类慢性疾病的基础和临床研究提供材料。方法:现场采集社区60岁以上老年人的血液、尿液标本,按分子生物学实验要求分装处理,于-80℃低温冷冻保存;建立标本及其相关临床资料信息化管理系统,可随时查询与分析。结果:通过对上海闵行江川社区60岁以上老年人样本收集和信息采集,共招募到6586人,标本数共108691份。对所收集标本的流行病学及临床资料信息通过信息化手段进入软件管理系统。结论:初步建立了具有高质量样本和系统临床随访资料的慢性病研究平台标本库,有利于慢性病研究的深入和开展,有利于资源有效合理利用。Objective： To establish the standardized specimen collection, storage and management system and create an international standards of the specimen resources and modern specimen information management plat- form for fundamental and clinical research of human chronic disease. Methods： Blood and urine samples were col- lected from people over 60 years old in the community on the spot and were packed according to the requirements of molecular biology packing process. They were saved in minus 80% freezing storage. Specimens and related clinical data information management system were set up for inquires and analysis. Results ： A total of 6 586 people were re- cruited and 108 691 specimens were collected. The epidemiology of specimens and clinical data information were put into software management through informatization means. Conclusion： A chronic disease research specimen bank of high quality samples and clinical follow-up data system was initially set up. It＇ s beneficial to the deepening and de- velopment of the research on chronic diseases and reasonable use of resources.
