摘　　要：目的观察普通外科手术中输血患者的不良反应情况,探讨输血的安全性问题,以期为输血安全提供一定的依据。方法选取我院2008年1月至2011年6月行普通外科手术的患者430例,患者均接受术中或术后输血,观察患者的不良反应情况。结果 430例患者中,有1例出现不良反应,该例患者输注病毒灭活滤白新鲜冰冻血浆600mL、冷沉淀凝血因子16U、悬浮红细胞5U。不良反应发生率为0.23%。结论对于普通外科手术输血患者,成分输血安全性较好,值得临床应用推广。Objective To observe the adverse reactions of the general surgery, blood transfusion, explore the transfusion security issues, in order to provide a basis for the safety of blood transfusion. Methods 430 cases in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2011 ordinary surgical patients, patients underwent intraoperative or postoperative blood transfusion, observed in patients with adverse reactions. Results 430 patients in One cases of adverse reactions, the patients with infusion of virus inactivation filter white fresh frozen plasma 600mL, cryoprecipitate clotting factor 16U, suspended red blood cells 5U. The adverse reaction rate was 0.23%. Conclusion For general surgery blood transfusion, blood transfusion security, is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
