摘　　要：目的分析我院外科Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防性使用抗生素的合理性和干预实施的效果。方法回顾性调查我院外科Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物实施干预前后的用药情况。结果干预后我院外科Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的合理性明显提高。结论对我院外科Ⅰ类切口手术患者围术期抗菌药物预防使用实施有效干预,可明显提高预防使用抗菌药物的临床合理性。Objective To investigate the effect and rationality of antibacterial agents prophylactic application in type I incision operation during perioperative period. Methods The medication application of type I incision operation was studied perioperatively before and after the prophylactic use of antibiotics. Results With the intervention, the rationality of antibiotics application in type I incision operation was significantly improved during perioperative period. Conclusion Effective interventions of antibacterial agents application in type I incision operation during perioperative period can significantly improve the rationality of prophylactic use of antibiotics.
