摘　　要：随着社会老龄化的发展,骨性关节炎患者数量增加,人工关节置换术治疗骨性关节炎可取得良好效果。人工关节无菌性松动是人工关节置换最常见的远期并发症,应引起特别关注。文中简要综述各种人工关节无菌性松动动物模型的构建方法、特点、及选用原则。With the approaching of the aging society,the number of osteoarthritis patients is on a constant rise.Artificial joint replacement is a fundamental treatment for osteoarthritis,while aseptic loosening is a most common long-term complication of the procedure.This article focuses on the methods for establishing various animal models of aseptic loosening,their characteristics,and the principles of choosing among them for application.
